Meet Leo & Alicia
We're Leo Rodriguez and Alicia Neubauer, partners in life and real estate.
Our experience goes beyond traditional residential sales. We've worked in property acquisitions, valuation, investment real estate, renovations, property ownership, and traditional home buying and selling.
Leo began his real estate career working with homeowners and analyzing properties. His ability to evaluate properties, understand opportunities, and work with people eventually led to an acquisitions role with a real estate investment company, where he worked with properties across multiple markets. After leaving that role, Leo continued investing independently and building his real estate businesses.
Alicia brings a strong people-first perspective to the business. With a background in psychology and experience working with families and children, she became increasingly involved with communication, organization, operations, and client relationships as we built our real estate business together.
We met while attending Arizona State University and eventually moved to Cincinnati to be closer to family. Today, we're partners in life and business, combining our experience in traditional real estate, acquisitions, investing, renovations, and property ownership to help our clients make informed real estate decisions.
